1. do your research and post on your BLOG a minimum of 3 times each week for at least 15 by our next weekend

2. read and comment on your team-mates BLOG weekly and also read and comment on every other class member's BLOG during the 5 weeks

3. read and review our class BLOG - I will be making a couple of entries every week so check it weekly - http://inforesearching.blogspot.com/

4. review info on Creative Commons, (posted on class BLOG)

5. review PresentationZen material: book, video, info posted on http://www.inforesearching.com on class web page

6. gather at least 25-30 images that are related to your topic for your BLOG and preparing for your presentation

CommonCraft - BLOGs in Plain English

Common Craft is a small company owned by Lee and Sachi LeFever in Seattle, Washington, USA. The company was founded by Lee in 2003 as an online community consulting company. We started making videos in 2007 with our first video: RSS in Plain English. Since then, we've published two kinds of videos:

Educational Videos - Videos we create to sell on this website (our current focus)
Custom Videos - Videos we were hired to create by companies like Google, Ford and LinkedIn.

CommonCraft has posted a series of different short videos on various aspects of technology. There is a good one on BLOGGING. Each video is around 2-3 minutes.

See at a glance where your site's visitors are located: instantaneously, even when the numbers are enormous! Visitors don't need to click on anything: just viewing your page is sufficient. RSS stands for "Real Simple Syndication"

Experience in early life contributes to optimum brain development. By age 12-15 years, the brain has a substantial capacity to withstand injury, disease and ageing. By old age, this capacity (hypothesised as "cerebral reserve") is a critical determinant of individual differences in cognitive ageing and progress to dementia. Cognitive ageing and dementia have complex, multifactorial causes. Part of this complexity is attributable to the many influences on “cerebral reserve”.
