Technology, Entertainment, Design

TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from those three worlds. Since then its scope has become ever broader.

The annual conference now brings together the world's most fascinating thinkers and doers, who are challenged to give the talk of their lives (in 18 minutes).

Talks are available free more...

I found this site when I was exploring del.icio.us. I don't remember how I came upon it, but I have added it to my favorites now. You have given us so much information about technology, I am not sure how I will ever incorporate it all, especially in one site (or BLOG), but I am trying!

Ditto Eileen! My husband is complaining that dinner is getting later each night because I am on the computer.
